Joanne – General Manager
Having worked in the hospitality industry for the last 20 years, Joanne has found people and service are her passion.
Joanne finds leading the team thoroughly enjoyable and loves the happiness that they bring to couples who choose to celebrate their day at Cockliffe. Her favourite part of working in the wedding industry is the raw emotion that is felt on a wedding day and the happiness that comes with it, and the cake of course!

Anna – Sales Manager
With a decade of wedding industry experience, Anna has assisted in creating hundreds of special days and making dreams come true. Anna values the importance of individuality when planning bespoke wedding days and generating memories that last forever. Anna is friendly, approachable, professional, and passionate about weddings; using business analysis to encourage growth and success. She cannot wait to help you on your wedding planning journey!
Laura – Head Chef
Laura has been a chef for 17 years. She has worked in almost every kind of catering over the years, and it has given her a wide range of skills and knowledge. Laura joined the team at Cockliffe in September 2021 and took over as head chef in May 2022. Laura and her team aim to give every guest who comes to Cockliffe a great food experience, combining hearty home cooked food with a little finesse.
Abi – Marketing Manager
Having worked in the wedding and events industry for almost 10 years, and a degree in Events Management, Abi’s passion for events is unwavering. Abi loves working alongside couples to help make their wedding dreams come true.
Being highly experienced in marketing and social media in the past 5 years, Abi also focuses on continuing to work with couples after their wedding day. Collating their professional photos, films and reviews; reliving those wonderful memories and sharing on our social media platforms and website.

Andrea – Event Manager
Andrea has worked in the wedding industry for over 7 years, studied wedding management during those years and has experience in hair and beauty! Her favourite part of working in the wedding industry is seeing people come together to celebrate the love between two people, and helping them have an amazing day! Andrea has a big loving family, including 4 boys who she loves spending time with. She’s also a huge fan of anything Disney, or Christmas! Her advice to marrying couples would be to enjoy the laughs, the loves and the memories that they will create on their wedding day!
Tara – Food and Beverage Manager
After 11 years in hospitality, weddings are Tara’s favourite, she just loves being part of such special occasions! As Food and Beverage Manager, Tara works closely with the team to make sure every detail is just right, from the first drink to the last. She believes great food and drink are a big part of any wedding day, and you’ll often find her stepping in behind the bar to make a cocktail or two!
